| SHiPPING: Once we have received an order from you, we begin the manufacturing process. 75% of all orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, the remaining usually within 5 working days unless there is a problem with the order, in which case we will contact you. We always ship using First Class mail to get items to you as quickly as possible; we may not always be able to dispatch as fast as other stores due to the uniqueness of our items but, by using First Class rather than Second Class mail, we are often faster! Everything is sent via Royal Mail. Items valued over £30 will ship Recorded Delivery (signature required, UK only), items valued under £30 will ship by regular mail. International orders are always shipped by Air Mail. Shipping within the UK takes 2-5 days (obviously, this takes longer when there are Bank Holidays etc). Shipping to European destinations can take 5 - 10 days to arrive. Shipping to the USA / Canada / All other territories can take 7 - 14 days. Please allow for this when ordering. If you need the items extra quickly (ie Birthday present), let us know when ordering and we will do our best to make sure that you receive it on time! *Please note, during extra busy periods, shipping may take a bit longer than usual. If you want an estimated shipping time before ordering, just ask!
We always fulfill our commitments to you. If an item does not arrive, or arrives damanged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then investigate the problem and will send out a replacement item to you.
RETURNS: If you chose the wrong size / colour, we will replace it with your desired size / colour (99% of Returns are due to sizing problems so please use the Size Guide to choose correctly!). Just return it to us - unworn within 14 days - with a covering letter letting us know what the problem is and we will do the rest. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning. DO NOT use Recorded Delivery to return an item as we may not have time to collect it from the post office. Unfortunately, as all of the items are handmade to your unique specifications, we cannot refund an item just because you changed your mind - we will very happily exchange it for another item though!
