card fraud it is important that we have checks in place to reduce the chances of
fraudulent transactions. When using your credit card to
purchase products through us it may be worth noting the following strategies we
have employed to ensure your credit card transaction is legitimate.
Overseas Orders / Orders Outside
the United Kingdom
If your country is NOT listed in the
address pulldown, we WILL NOT ship to it. We always double check that the
location provided is within the country stated. If it is not, we will not
ship. The following details may also be required:
Photocopy of credit card, front
and back
Copy of your signature
Proof of address (ie utilities bill)
Proof of ID (ie driving license)
Copy of recent credit card statement
If required, you will need to fax

Use Of FREE Web Based Email
We allow our customers to supply us
with a free web based email address however it will be treated with caution.
Close to 100% of all credit card fraud is committed using fake e-mails provided
by free web based e-mail services such as Hotmail, Yahoo etc. We may try
to contact you to verify your order. No reply, no shipment.
Registered Post for Deliveries
Where possible we use a Registered
Post service which means you may have to sign for your package on delivery.
Packages will not be left unattended on door steps. Proof of identification may
also be shown on delivery.
Large Orders
Large orders over £150 may be verified with
the customer over the telephone before the products are dispatched.
Capturing of Information
We capture information such as your
IP address so that it is possible to trace you back to your location at the time
the transaction took place.
