SHIPPING: Once we have received an order from you, we begin the manufacturing process. Orders CANNOT be cancelled once they are "Processing". 75% of all orders are shipped within 24-72 hours, the remaining usually within 5 working days unless there is a problem with the order, in which case we will contact you. Everything is sent via Royal Mail. Items valued over £35
may ship Recorded Delivery (signature required, UK only), items valued under £35 will ship by regular mail. International orders are always shipped by Air Mail. Shipping within the UK takes 2-5 days
from dispatch (obviously, this takes longer when there are Bank Holidays etc). Shipping to European destinations can take 5 - 10 days to arrive. Shipping to the USA / Canada / All other territories can take 7 - 14 days. Please allow for this when
ordering.
Non-standard colours (ie anything other than white print on black
garment) may take a couple of days longer - please allow for this when ordering.
If you need the items extra quickly (ie Birthday present),
let us know when ordering and we will do our best to make sure that you receive it on time!
Please note, during extra busy periods (ie
Christmas), shipping may take a bit longer than usual. If you want an estimated shipping time before ordering, just ask!
We always fulfill our commitments to you. If an item does not arrive, or arrives damanged, please let us know as soon as possible. We will then investigate the problem and will send out a replacement item to you.
RETURNS: If your item is faulty or doesn't fit, we will replace it with your desired size / replacement
(99% of Returns are due to sizing problems so please use the Size Guide to choose
correctly!). If the return is due to customer error (ie customer has ordered wrong design or colour print or colour
t-shirt or didn't check the size guide), we will still replace item BUT there is a £3 re-stocking
fee for T-shirts, vests, skinnies; £4 for wife beaters & 4XL t-shirts; £5
for hoodies. This fee covers our return postage and handling. Please enclose the fee along with the item you want to replace. To return any item, first contact us for a Returns Code then mail the item back to us - unworn within 14 days - with THiS FORM COMPLETED and we will do the rest! Please obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning. DO NOT use Recorded Delivery to return an item as we may not have time to collect it from the post office. Unfortunately, as all of the items are
bespoke items, made to your unique specifications of design, T-shirt colour,
print colour, size and style, we cannot refund an item just because you changed your mind - we will very happily exchange it for another item though!
